Looking for AN HONEST review of Blogging to the Bank

When I look up reviews, I just get sent to an affiliate of this eBook. I am interested in an honest review from someone who has used it successfully – that is not going to give me the "you-should-really-buy-this-because-i-am-trying-to-sell-it-to-you-as-an-affiliate" spiel. I signed up for them to create a website, host etc. and it has been a couple days without a word.
