Non-North American Affiliate Opportunities or Networks?

Are there any good non-North American (none in the U.S. or Canada) affiliate networks similar to Click Bank? Has anyone here had experience with any of those that are non-North American alternatives?
I am looking for affiliate network alternatives that are totally based outside of North America.
I have heard that there are one or two in New Zealand or Australia and would appreciate feedback on what they are and their web site.
Please do not try and second guess my motives for asking you this as they are not related to taxes but are based on valid motives.
All I am asking is for help in finding these.
