Any Reviews for broongads.com

I would like to know about Broongads.com?Are they a reliable network?Do they pay as they claim? I have heard they have pretty good offers on their network. But I will join if somebody can throw some light on their credibility, their offers and their advertisers and ofcourse payments.
What is the opinion of old members here.
