Help in getting NEGATIVE EFFECT in website for longer lifepan of OLED screens.

I’m planing to add a NEGATIVE EFFECT functionality to my website in order to transform the white background (roughly 90% of the time in browsing) into black to save power for OLED screens. Only the background and text should transform to negative while leaving the rest untouched such as images and videos.
