Any good affiliate programs for young kid just starting out?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good affiliate program for my just starting out 18 year old son. He currently creates and posts a lot of videos on You Tube and, actually has something of a following (though for the life of me I do not understand why) and thought perhaps something that he could work that into. Any thoughts?
