CPX Interactive – Some Questions

Hello Everybody,
I have some questions about CPX Interactive and i hope someone here can help me.

I signed up for an account and i got approved. Now i run their ads on my site.
Whats the CPM ? I heard it was around come $0.3 to $0.7
That means that i get paid $0.3 for 1000 Impressions and $300 for 1 Million Impressions ?

Which of these counts towards CPM ? Pages ? or Hits ?
