Need Lots of Cheap Clicks….

Hello Everyone,
I’m looking for some ppc advertising networks that can provide lots of clicks at around .04/click….( I know a lot depends on the niche and ppc competition, but there must be some networks that are known to be more affordable)
For the big 3, it’s hard for me to get any decent click pricing…
So, do you guys recommend any second tier networks that can provide lots of clicks at cheap prices that don’t have the QS Landing Page BS…
