Publishers Wanted To Beta Test Private PPC Network

Hi all,
I have a new software article site and/or a software forum that I want to promote using a PPC tool that I’ve developed.
Here’s how it works:

As a publisher, you login to an account and generate the ad code. All the popular ad formats such as leaderboard, banner, button, square, rectangle are there.
Just like adsense, you can format how the ad looks. However, unlike Adsense, the ads are NOT contextual based. That means they are just advertiser links, and you get paid for clicks. Paste the code on your sites.
Using your user name and password, you’ll be able to login to your account and view earnings and reports.
Payment will be made via Paypal. Minimum payout is $10. Earnings for current month will be paid by 15th of the following month.
