Looking for a good Pop-Up providers, any suggestions?

I own 3 websites – Soccer tube, Wrestling videos, and Rapid Search. I have many traffic in wrestlingtube and rapidsearch, so i need a good advertising agency.
I want to insert Pop-Up ads, (not from Tribalfusion/CPX/or paypopup).
