What are the best Forex afiliate programs?

Does anybody have any experience of using Forex affiliate programs?
In particular I’m interested in those that provide the best marketing tools, those that have the biggest commission rates and those that are honest and reliable when it comes to pay day. A combination of all 3 would be fantastic.
I’m looking for established, well known affiliate programs, so please don’t post your personal affiliate links.
