zynga the owner of farmville and mafiawars has sued most of clickbanks major vendors for copyright.

Scary shit,
Zynga is worth hundreds of millions and im sure a lawsuit against these
clickbank vendors (and some affiliates also) is nothing but a morning biscuit for them.
