Is MIVA a good alternative for AdSense ?

On January, Miva announced Miva Monetization Center, with three kinds of PPC ads:
– Content Ads
– Inline Ads
– Search Ads
Has anybody tried this program as publisher ?
Could it be considered a good alternative for AdSense ?
