Can people purchase your ads on Adbrite? Try this test…

I’ve had users emailing me saying they purchased an advert on Adbrite from my site, but it didn’t show up and no money has been deducted from their account.
So, I tried to purchase an advert on my own site, went through all the steps, signed in, confirmed my credit card and ended up to the "Order is Pending Page".
However, I received no confirmation email, no money has been deducted and no pending advert on my Adbrite admin page. Perhaps because I’m in Asia?
Can anyone else check this or try it on your own sites? Even if your ad goes through, you can cancel the order at no cost to you.
Let me know your experiences, it’ll help towards a complaint I’m making!
