Opinions on AdWatcher?

Ok, I’ve seen a few people bring them up when talking about ad tracking and watching click fraud, but no real details as to why it’s so great, so does any one have an opinion on AdWatcher, good or bad?
Client is looking at it and I need a little more info before I make a recommendation.
