Anyone Knnow LinkXL?

I joined LinkXL a couple of days ago.
I tried to install their plugin on my blog but apparently the username and password I use to login to the control panel is wrong.
I emailed them and they have yet to reply to me.
Anyone used them? Is their support up to much?
