Starting PTC Site: Any Advice?

I’m starting a PTC site, and was looking for any advice from the community on a good place to start?
– Any specific promotion methods i should use to get advertisers?
– What PTC/GPT software should i use?
– Is it best to go down the Paid to Click or Paid to Signup path?
Any other advice?
