Adbrite PPC Can’t Get Any Traffic?

Hi
Been trying Adbrite ppc for a while and even though I have selected a fairly wide group of potential publishers I can’t seem to get much traffic? it says 157 million impressions available and I only get 500 impressions a day??
Anyone got some suggestions on how I can increase the traffic?
