Now the income starts rolling

Normally I dont make much with Adsense every day
How funny.. I’ve implemented Adsense on the website (the company I work)www.deondernemer.nl (Dutchie alert) and bam, income is skyrocketing by the minute ^^
Website got 214K Unique visitors
Since it is working out quite nicely I want to optimize.. so any recomendations?
For example:

Ads used are 120×600 skyscrapers and 468×60 fullbanners.
