Smowtion media is error or scam?

2 day ago Smowtion media maintenace.now my dashboard error full of broken records in page impress is 0 but have click, why?

column 1:page impress, column 2:click, 2 last column eCPM and $
each row is statistics for each site
their support is too weak, i request constantly but not reply.who now using it do you like as me,please check for me.have anyone receive $ from them.thanks all!
