What features do you like to see in your Pay Per Click Advertising company?

I thought I would do some research this morning to see where it ends up taking me.
What features do you like or would you like to have in your publisher/advertiser network?
What types of networks do you prefer strictly CPM or CPC or both?
Do you prefer networks that have interactive content, text, images or all of the above?
Feel free to add anything you wish or tell me anything you wish about feature or a feature you wish to see.
