Adbrite improved lately?

Hi,
I have started re-making sites as I stopped for a while and I was wondering if Adbrite has improved for publishers in per click and cpm etc?
Are they better in that sense than what they were like 3 or so months back?
I still see they pay net 60 and check which isn’t that good.
