Who to use for my Proxified pages on my proxy site?

I am using adbrite right now and it doesn’t seem like they pay very much. Is there anybody else better? Should I use any affiliate links or cpa links for these? Do they convert well? I have to get more bandwidth for my site and so I have to pay more so I need to make a little more also. Any suggestions would be great.
