Bidvertiser No payment on June !

Hi,
I didn’t get my Bidvertiser payment for may earnings,
and I’m supposed to get them by June 30.
last month I was seeing next payment 30 Jun 2009
and now it is : next payment 31 July 2009 !!!
can you believe this !
I contacted the support but no one answered,
What do you suggest me to do?
