New PPC network looking for Beta Publishers (pays .10 per click +)

Hello, My name is Roderick Coleman. My company is developing a unique payperclick network like no other. The site is in beta and we don’t wish to share the url currently until its fully complete.
We need about 20 sites to add to our system as publishers.
You will be able to keep your existing ads on your site, especially adsense as many people use it.
Our system will only add quality publisher sites that have the following requirements.
1. Must be at least a year old
2. Must have regularly updated content
3. Minimum 5,000 search engine traffic visitors per month
4. Professional Website Design(a must)
5. Site must look well maintain and not made just to sell ads.
Our system will guarantee publishers a minimum of .10 cent per click. But because sites will be selected based on strict guidelines to ensure quality, click rates will be much more when advertisers bid.
