Best PPC For Streaming Site

So i need a new PPC cause widgetbucks pay bad, adbrite pay bad (impressions: 31,804, Clicks: 152 and only made $3!! ).
I really don’t want pay per install program cause i hate them myself and i would bet other people would too.
