networks and affiliate programs…??!!!!??

What are your thoughts on networks which run their own affiliate program which pays publishers for referring new publishers???

PremiumCPM has set this up, and i was wondering what people’s thoughts on that are. We pay 10% Commission on Referred Publisher Earnings. What are your thoughts on those numbers?
