Does Bux.to work for you??

Hi,
I’ve recently run across site like Bux.to and would like kindly to ask you to share your opinion whether POSITIVE or NEGATIVE on the company.
1. Do really get paid from them? What’s the point of daily clicking on the ads and getting referrals if you may never get paid?
2.If you submit your own site at them to be clicked, do you get payed from them? Also, is it risky to submit your site at them (I wouldn’t like to get banned from adsense)
