Is it fare?

I had an account at bidvertiser for last 15 months.I never used their text ads to make money.Instead the only thing which I used was their referral program.I had around 25-30 referrals.
In the 1st week of January 09, I received an email from them saying that the payment of $10 is being processed and should be released at the end of this month.I checked my account and found that one of the referrals had earned me $10.
Then, on 11th Jan, I found that my account was disabled.I didn’t received any email from them regarding account termination.Here is what I get when I try to LOGIN:
