$1k budget for games site…which ads are more suitible for me

$1k monthly budget for games site…which ads are more suitible for me..i try adtolls, adenage,abrite they all suck…I also try google adwords but they wont display my ads for some reason even thought i set no limit per click..
can you recommend me a good one?
