Best PPC for Poker Blog Site

So I tried searching for this subject and found a few posts, but not any that points to much relevance for what I am looking for. What I have gathered is Adsense, the best PPC over-all apparently, is unusable for my site, a poker blog. I am currently using Bidvertiser, but I just wanted to see what other options are out there for me. I am a complete Noob to this Domaining/SEO, etc field, so any insight is greatly appreciated.
