Highest Paying Adsense Alternative?

Hi There,
What the best alternative to Adsense that pays highly per click?
I’m not from USA so can’t use Yahoo SM.
What else has a high CPC? (my niche is free credit reports, which in Adwords advertisers have to pay up to $25 per click (although not for the content network))
What companies have others had success with? And whats the highest paying clicks you get from that company?
Right now I only use CPA Network’s but want to further monetize my site. Any help would be much appreciated,
