Vibrant Media Not Paying This Month Until Dec 1

I emailed my vibrant media rep this morning asking why i hadn’t been paid yet. In the reply, she said i will not receive a payment until Dec 1st, saying:

Payments are delayed until Dec 1st this month, as we’re in the process of updating internal billing/payment systems.

No advanced warning.
I’m pretty angry right now
