get adsense revenu with ouer site

hi i’m working for the webmaster of www.made4webmasters.com it’s an article directory made specialy for webmaster i’ve got acess to the admin area of finances gategorie an i’m taking care of it the main webmaster is giving me 90% of the adsense revenu from clicks on my articles categorie
he’ happy with my work so he asked me to search for other partners to take care for the other categorie if you’r interrested pm me please;
(this website is just lunched on augst we got over 1000 autors sbscription and over3500 article submittion in just 3 month so if you are serious dont wast time(bad english sorry))
