How to only redirect home page to mobile website version

Hi,
I have a website and would like to redirect visitors to mobile version only if they land on my home page. I have tried many plugins but they all redirect every pages in my website to mobile version.
Does anyone knows what codes can I add or other wordpress plugins that I can redirect only the home page to the mobile website?
