Map of all the United States all in same color $50USD

I will need to recreate this image:

so that all the states are the same color. I would like all the states to be the color yellow, same yellow color as the state Montana and Arizona.
Once all the states are in the same color, then I will need you to slice out each state into it's own individual file with transparent background.
