$20 Shirt Design Contest

I need two shirts designed both of them 12" wide x 14" long. One is more complicated that the other… ($20.00 total for both shirts on is easier than the other)
The first one is the easier one. I need this design in an .EPS file so that I have a clear background and can be put on any color shirt (printer says they need a EPS file) I do not want a yellow background, must be clear….
