frontpage to be sticky

I have a problem with wordpress that I want to be fixed as fast as I can. Let's begin…
Anyone tell me how can I implement in example 1 page in the frontpage to be sticky (always to be on the top), and after that implemented page, posts to continue like normally. Is there any plugin or any code that I have to add or whatever.
