LeadBolt Self Serving Ad Platform Help?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has recently advertised on LeadBolt? If so, do you know of any guides or tutorials to help turn that traffic into cash?
Lastly, I've searched online for an app or two which displays LeadBolt Ads. However, I am having no luck. LeadBolt aren't prepared to share this info – would anyone be will to share their app (iOS for me)? PM would be greatly appreciated!
