Thoughts On Clicksure?

Someone recommended Clicksure to me as an alternative to the MMO affiliate products on Clickbank, so I thought I'd give them a shot. However, I haven't even started promoting them yet and I'm already frustrated.
First, their site claims that you can be up and running within minutes promoting their products as an affiliate, yet when I signed up it went into "pending approval" with a wait time of 2-4 business days! So, that totally screwed my excitement on getting started there.
