Selling my ad network, What do i need to know and how to find buyers?

Hi there,
Im not sure if this is the correct place post this.
I have decided to sell my ad network which i have started nearly a year ago. This ad network has great potential as it has amazing publishers on it. This issue is that i cant take care of it any more for personal reasons.
So i came with the question.
What i need to consider when selling it and how to find buyers for it?
This post is purely for me to gain knowledge but if there is interest i will only answer on pm.
