Urgent Help About Fileice

whenever i log in to my fileice acc . it always ask to complete captcha challenge ..and it is very tough to complete it and it takes me big time to complete it..nd again when i logout nd login again it again ask to complete…it seems to be impossible for me to complete again and again
i dont know what is the problem i am not using any proxy or vpn but it happens always
please help if anyone have any solution or if this happening to anyone or know what is the problem..please reply to…
