CPMFun ecpm decreased?

Hi!
I am using CPMFun… my eCPM rate was about 0.12-0.14 (only italian traffic). Now it decreased at 0.06-0.07, but the strange thing is that now I haven't just italian traffic, but a good 25/30% of U.S. traffic… I'd have expected a growt of the eCPM rate for this reason, and not a decrease
Recently I saw in this forum some post of users getting some problems too with CPMFun, so could this be just a CPMfun momentary problem?
