Domain hijacking DomCollect Worldwide Intellectual Property AG

I've domain registered with 1and1.com five months ago. I'm not satisfied with their servers. So i transfered my domains to namecheap and canceled my account with them.

2-3 days ago i checked if the transfer was complete, i saw it has a diffrent whois and owner:
