PPC search engines

Hello everyone ive recently been offered a PPC search engine that has just been designed and ready for promotion. The price is $350. My question is do you think this would be a wise investment? Or is the web too flooded with these already that i wouldnt be able to make back my money? Im seriously considering buying it but wanted to see what your thoughts on this were.
