Network where you can target multiple sites with CPM ?

Is there a network where i can select a category, for example "Internet -> Make money sites" and target all sites in there with CPM ?
I guess my ad would show to only a few sites at any given time and rotate through all sites every 50 impressions/site.
I select which sites best convert for me and keep them on a favorites list, meaning I’ll keep advertise on those.
Targeted traffic through categories and quality advertising sites because of CPM.
Do you know such a network or anything similar ?
