Using UTM Parameters

You may have seen these tracking codes in urls. I know quite a few of the RSS feeds I follow use them.
e.g.

Code:
http://www.searchenginejournal.com/smssummit-2014-chicago-recap-humanizing-brand-social-media-ramon_deleon/103935/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+SearchEngineJournal+%28Search+Engine+Journal%29

Not only do they use Feedburner in their RSS feed, they add the UTM coding to the url also.
If you want to know about UTM parameters and how to add UTM parameters to your urls read this: Tracking Marketing Success Using UTM Parameters
That is all fine and good wanting to track the source of your visits but it is a pain when someone wants to share the url from the address bar and provide the actual source url w/o the tracking because others that visit the link will not be sourcing the link the same way.
Does anyone know how to rewrite the url after it has been counted so the url is presented as the actual url to the visitor?
