Adsense: Text Links vs. Banners…?

Hey guys,
Hope you are all enjoying the rest of your Labor Day Weekend!
I am using AdSense on my website (www.Date-Rater.com) and I’m puzzled on which ad styles to use; Text Links or Banners. Which ad style do you think would suit my website best?…..I have a great spot for AdSense in the header of my website…please leave me any comments, suggestions, or even ad placement strategies to help me which style best suits my site and increase my CTR at the same time.
