WidgetBucks Referrals – Still Working?

Over the past 3 months or so I haven’t had a single new WidgetBucks referral despite sending hundreds of potential new publishers in their direction.
Just a quick straw poll: Has anyone else using WidgetBucks noticed a decrease in the number of referrals they are being credited with over the last few months?
I am becoming a little suspicious.
