Info on W3Schools & Code Avengers

This is a query about the costs associated with W3Schools and Code Avengers. I am not looking for a pedogogical, value of the 'rewards' given by these two, or best practices debate, just information on what they charge for using the tutorials. This information is not readily available on their sites.
