Niche Site – Amazon Ready – Ranking on Google

Hi, I am selling my niche website which is currently seating in my server. The reason why I would like to sell this website is because I cannot update and promote it anymore. I am also moving on with a new project and will need a start up money to proceed with it.
The site is currently ranked on page 1-3 for different keywords. Expect a small number of visitors only since I am not promoting it anymore. The site gets visitors from search engine mainly Google and Bing.
